2. “User” or “You” or “Your refers” to a person who has accepted this Agreement in order to download and use the App or wibesite.
3. A “Member” is someone who has created an profile or account on the Services and has received confirmation from SosrG that registration has been completed and membership has been established (“Membership”). SosrG may decline Membership registrations for any reason. Members are referred to collectively as “Users”, "You" and "Your”.

2. ABOUT SosrG

SosrG covers Indian Theatre, Cinema, Literature, Art & Crafts. we have established a Platform to Perform bridge to cover up the hiatus of struggle faced by the Creators and provides every individual to obtain opportunities to work as a freelancer, full-time or part-time employment, provide educational support, skill development and connect all Visual & Performing Creators in their respective Creatoric sectors. SosrG is technology Platform that enables the user to book Servicemen in the employment of SosrG or third-party Independent Contractors through it. The employees and third-party Independent Contractors will offer the services which may be scheduled through the use of the platform. SosrG offers the information and method to obtain such third-party services, but has no responsibility or liability for any services provided to you by such third parties. The following below are the features provided us-

1. Content- The Websites contain content including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, images, news reports, articles, editorial and other writings, audio and video recordings, data, listings, and directory information (collectively, “Content”) that is accessible by Users.
2. Casting Call – SosrG provides casting call for user to explore & connected with various production houses, directros, casting companies etc for different media such as films, TVCs, web shows, miniseries etc. we offer breakdowns, casting notices, forums, bulletin boards, wikis, chat rooms, blogs or other interactive areas for Users to communicate with each other, and the information therein is also considered Content. The Websites or Mobile App provide an online venue for Users to interact and communicate with individuals posting casting notices. Any agreement or transaction that arises from these interactions or communications does not involve SosrG, and SosrG is not a party to any agreement between Users. SosrG is not an employer with respect to any opportunity advertised on the Websites, and SosrG is not responsible for any employment, hiring, or salary decisions made by you or anyone else using the Websites.
3. News- SosrG are updating the news promptly and swiftly keeping the net users updated with the latest news covering recent developments in Indian Theatre, Cinema, Literature, Art & Crafts.
4. Jobs/ Hiring Alert- SosrG intended to serve as a preliminary medium of contact and exchange of information for its users / members / visitors who have a bona fide intention to contact and/or be contacted for the purposes related to genuine existing job vacancies and for other career enhancement services in the sectors of Indian Theatre, Cinema, Literature, Art & Crafts. Our Websites or Mobile App only provide an online venue for Users to interact and communicate with individuals who are posting job Opportunities. Any agreement or transaction that arises from these interactions or communications does not involve SosrG, and SosrG is not a party to any agreement between Users. SosrG is not an employer with respect to any opportunity advertised on the Websites, and SosrG is not responsible for any employment, hiring, or salary decisions made by you or anyone else using the Websites.
5. Events- SosrG provides the plateform to its user to organise the various online and offline events related to the area of Indian Theatre, Cinema, Literature, Art & Crafts. Wherein any visitor, member or other users can register themselves, to such events which are created by organiser, by providing the required requisite information. Our Websites or Mobile App only provides an online venue for Users to interact and communicate with individuals who are organising the events. Any agreement or transaction that arises from these interactions or communications does not involve SosrG, and SosrG is not a party to any agreement between Users. SosrG is not an employer with respect to any opportunity advertised on the Websites, and SosrG is not responsible for any employment, hiring, or salary decisions made by you or anyone else using the Websites.
6. Services- SosrG enable user to provide the services (herein as referred as “service provider”) to visitors, member or other user related to Indian Theatre, Cinema, Literature, Art & Crafts. Any agreement or transaction that arises from these interactions or communications does not involve SosrG, and SosrG is not a party to any agreement between service provider and Users. SosrG is not an employer with respect to any opportunity advertised on the Websites, and SosrG is not responsible for any employment, hiring, or salary decisions made by you or anyone else using the Websites.

3. ELIGIBILITY-

Our Services are available only to those individuals or companies who can form legally binding contracts under the applicable law. Therefore, user(s) must not be a minor as per Indian Law; i.e. user(s) must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible to use our Services. A User includes but not limited to -

• User of Creator profile may include but not limited to Dancer, casting director, A production company, Film Producer, Videographer, Editor, Actor/Actress, Makeup Artist, Set Designer, Costume Designer, Light Boy, Spot Boy, Production Team, Gaffer, Film Crew, Sound person, Music Person, Stage Performance, Vocal Artist, Visual Artist, Craftsman, Designer, Photographer, Graphic Designer, Broadcast/ Print/ Print Journalism, Public Relation, Event Person, Architect, Teacher/Trainer, Art Tools Manufacture, VFX/Animator, Colourist or other any person
• User of Business entity may include private, government, semi-government firms/ entity which is either registered or unregistered.

4. REGISTRATION

In order to avail the facilities and features provided by ‘us’ ‘You’ required to create the profile or make registration on our website or Mobile App. In order to avail the benefits on our website or Mobile App it is mandatory and compulsory for you, user, visitor to make Creator Profile and then after you may create Business Profile or Actor Profile as per the your discretion in order to avail other facilities and services on our website or Mobile App.

1. Creator Profile- any user can registered with us by creating a creator profile to avails the facilities and services on our website or Mobile App. Creator profile include but not limited to Film Producer, Videographer, Editor, Actor/Actress, Makeup Artist, Set Designer, Costume Designer, Light Boy, Spot Boy, Production Team, Gaffer, Film Crew, Sound person, Music Person, Stage Performance, Vocal Artist, Visual Artist, Craftsman, Designer, Photograher, Graphic Designer, Broadcast/ Print/ Print Journalsim, Public Relation, Event Person, Architect, Teacher/Trainer, Art Tools Manufacture, VFX/Animator, Colourist or other any person.
2. Business Profile- In order to avails the business benefits and services, you can register with us by creating Business Profile on our website or Mobile App. Business Profile includes but not limited to private, government, semi-government firms/ entity which is either registered or unregistered.
3. Actor/ Model Profile- Any user can register with us by creating Actor/ Model Profile to avails the facilities and services on our website or Mobile App.

4.1 SEPARATE MOU/ AGREEMENT

While creating the aforesaid profile either as Creator, Business or Actor, a User is obligated to separately enter into a agreement (herein referred as ‘MOU’). Your MOU with SosrG is a legally binding agreement which will be based on separate terms and conditions. You agree that SosrG will determine the Terms of MOU which will apply to our Services. The Terms and conditions will be incorporated with the aforesaid MOU and set out your rights, obligations, and restrictions regarding your use of the Services. If you do not agree to any of the terms of the MOU, you can’t avail the services of SosrG.

4.2 INFORMATION

During the creating creator Profile and Membership registration process, you will be prompted to provide personal information that allows us to know who you are, such as your full name, age, street address, email address, gender, phone number, Profession Specialisation, Description about yourself, firm name, firm type, website, firm registered address etc. You may also provide additional information such as your credit card number in connection with the purchase of services or content available through the Websites or Mobile App. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that all Registration Information you submit is truthful, accurate, current and complete and you will maintain the accuracy of such Registration Information by updating and revising it promptly. We may use Personal Information to fulfill your requests, respond to your inquiries and provide other services, and to alert you to opportunities, information, news, casting calls, offers, or publications in which we think you may be interested. We do not sell Personally Information or other information you make available to the Websites, or share such information with third parties, except as described below.

• From time to time, we may partner with unaffiliated companies or individuals for market research, product development or similar purposes. These companies or individuals may be provided with access to Personal Information. We may share Personal Information with third parties, who may contact you to offer products and services or with a corporate transaction where all or a portion of our business (e.g., a portion that includes our customer lists) is sold or transferred.
• Or we also may disclose your Personal Information if disclosure is required by law or as part of a lawsuit or government investigation or proceeding,
• or in order to permit us to exercise or preserve our legal rights or take action regarding potentially illegal activities or to protect the safety of any person.

SosrG reserves the right to collect user data including name, contact information and other details to facilitate services or use of its platform to avail services. All information collected from the users are on a bonafide basis. Misuse and misrepresentation of identity or contact details will lead to automated termination of services or the use of the platform without prior notice to such users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur on your account or profile. You agree to:

• Immediately notify SosrG of any unauthorized use of account or profile or any other breach of security, and
• Never use any other Subscriber’s account or profile without prior authorization from SosrG.
• SosrG shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the abovementioned security measures.
• All rights not otherwise claimed under this agreement or by SosrG, are hereby reserved. The information contained in the web site and SosrG App are intended, solely to provide general information for the personal use of the user, who accepts full responsibility for its use. SosrG does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any information, or advertisements (collectively, the "content") contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from any of the Services contained on the web site and SosrG App, or the quality of any products, information or other materials displayed, or obtained by you as a result of an advertisement or any other information or offer in or in connection with the Service.
• We accept no responsibility for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of this information. All information is provided "AS IS" with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, timeliness or of the results obtained from the use of this information, and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall SosrG be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to the Service. User(s) of this site must hereby acknowledge that any reliance upon any content shall be at their sole risk. SosrG reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any obligation, to make improvements to, or correct any error or omissions in any portion of the Service or the website.

4.3 REGISTRATION OF MINORS

Minors are not eligible to create accounts, maintain profiles or utilize our Services. Only guardian, Talent Representatives or parents or legal guardians of Talent who are under the age of majority in the state or country in which they reside (“Minors”) may register for Membership, create and maintain profiles and resumes, and utilize the Services on behalf of Minors (collectively referred to as “Authorized Representatives”). We may refuse to process, or to continue to process, the child’s personal information until we receive this evidence of consent or authorization.

4.4 VALIDATION OF REGISTRATION INFORMATION

You authorize SosrG to make any inquiries, either directly or through third parties, to validate your Registration Information. SosrG reserves all rights to take legal action against anyone who provides inaccurate, false or incomplete personal information or is otherwise untruthful about their identity, and to suspend or cancel a Membership established using such information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that SosrG cannot guarantee the accuracy of any information submitted by any User of the Services, including any identity information about any User.

5. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

5.1 LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT

You agree that when registering with SosrG and clicking or tapping “I Accept” (or similar), or by accessing, viewing, downloading or otherwise using the Services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with SosrG based on these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated with these Terms. If there is a conflict among Terms, you agree that SosrG will determine which Terms apply to which Services. These Terms set out your rights, obligations, and restrictions regarding your use of the Services. If you do not agree to any of the terms of the Privacy Policy or these Terms, you must discontinue accessing and/or using the Services.

5.2 APPLICABILITY OF AGREEMENT

This agreement applies to user(s) if user(s) are visitors, registered - free or paid user(s) who access the SosrG website or mobile app for any purpose. It also applies to any legal entity which may be represented by you under actual or apparent authority. User(s) may use this site / App solely for their own personal or internal purposes. This agreement applies to all SosrG services offered on the Mobile app, collectively with any additional terms and conditions that may be applicable to the specific service used/accessed by user.

5.3 UPDATES TO TERMS

SosrG may change, modify, amend, or update this agreement and MOU from time to time without any prior notification to user(s) and the amended and restated terms and conditions of use shall be effective immediately on posting. If you do not adhere to the changes, you must stop using the service. Your continuous use of the Services will signify your acceptance of the changed terms. It is therefore important that you review the Terms and Conditions regularly.

5.4 CONTACT AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By accessing or using the Services, you consent to having these Terms provided to you in electronic form and that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing. You acknowledge that when you provide us with contact information in connection with a particular activity, such as an email address or telephone number (“Contact Information”), you agree that this establishes a business relationship with us and that we may communicate with you using the Contact Information you provided to us. You acknowledge the legal authority over any Contact Information.

6. USING THE APP

1. You will download and install the App from Google Play/ App Store for using it. You will also download and update the relevant latest versions of the App and any relevant updates provided by Us to avail continued access to the App.
2. You will use the App only for such purposes as is permitted by (a) this Agreement; and (b) any law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines applicable in the India.
3. For any content you create using the App, you grant Us a limited, non-exclusive, transferable, assignable license to the use the same in accordance with terms and conditions, privacy policy, content regulation policy, any other policy of Us and any agreement executed by You and Us, and such a license/agreement will include Our right to sub-license.
4. We grant you a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to access such content on the App which is owned by us. For using any content owned by a third party, You still require a license from such third party, We don't license such content to You and your use of content owned by a third party is governed by applicable terms and conditions prescribe by such third party.

7. USER CODE OF CONDUCT

You agree to use the Services in a professional manner, provide complete and accurate Registration Information to us, and update it as necessary. You further agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You agree not to:

1. use the Services or any personal information of any User for purposes other than in connection with utilizing the Services;
2. use the Services or any personal information of any User for purposes other than in connection with utilizing the Services;
3. collect, use, share or transfer any information available on the Services except as expressly permitted by these Terms, or by the owner of such information;
4. use the Service in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us;
5. use the Services or any information obtained through the Services to stalk, abuse or attempt to abuse, or otherwise harass another individual;
6. act dishonestly or unprofessionally, such as by posting inappropriate, inaccurate or objectionable content;
7. take any action or upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that would violate any right or duty under any applicable law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
8. upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, or promotional materials, including without limitation, promotional materials that are in the nature of “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation of similar nature;
9. utilize information, content or any data you view on and/or obtain from the Services to provide any service that is competitive with the Services, including the use of SosrG trademarks or copyrighted material or confusingly similar marks;
10. engage in or plan to engage in any illegal activity;
11. post, disseminate or transmit statements or material that, to a reasonable person, may be abusive, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, harassing, grossly offensive, vulgar, threatening or malicious, paedophilic, invasive of another‘s privacy, libellous racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force;
12. disclose information that that you do not have the right to disclose, such as confidential information;
13. misrepresent your identity, your affiliation with a person or entity, or the source of any communication;
14. create, disseminate or transmit files, graphics, software or other material that actually or potentially infringes the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, publicity or other intellectual property or property rights of any person;
15. interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts on the Services or any other computer network;
16. damage, disable, overburden, or impair any SosrG server, or the network(s) connected to any SosrG server, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any of the Services;
17. gain unauthorized access to any Services, accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any SosrG server or to any of the Services through hacking, cracking, distribution of counterfeit software, password mining or any other means;
18. transmit, post, or e-mail any misleading or false professional opportunities in your profile, resume or elsewhere on the Services;
19. override any security feature of the Services;
20. deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly or intentionally communicates any information which is patently false or misleading in nature but may reasonably be perceived as a fact;
21. threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting other nation;
22. engage in any other activity deemed by SosrG in its sole discretion to be in competition with or in conflict with the spirit or intent of Services and the requirements of these Terms.

The you, user, visitors or member acknowledge that

1. you has obtained all licences and permits which are necessary for posting and uploading a job listing on the company's website. He indemnifies and agrees to keep the company indemnified against all demands, claims and damages which may arise out of the said job posting.
2. You responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes and for all costs that are incurred in using our service.
3. The User shall be solely responsible for all information retrieved, stored and transmitted through the Service by him.
4. User agrees to receive phone calls, messages etc. from Us and/or associates tailored to provide with better job opportunities.
5. User agrees to allow Sosrg and employers/recruiters registered online or associated with it to get in touch with him/her from time to time on events, offers, information and promotions regarding jobs and ancillary services through landline, mobile or any other means.
6. User while the availing the services of Job/ Hiring is prompted to provide information i.e. Job Title, Job Description, Salary Range , Type of Job etc and User fully is obligated to give accurate and true information to avail the services .
7. User while the availing the services of events is prompted to provide information i.e. event sector, Title Event, About the event, registration fee dates of event, bank details etc and User fully is obligated to give accurate and true information to avail the services .
8. We are not responsible to any liability, obligation pertaining the created events in any circumstances as we only act as intermediate platform which abridges the gap between event organiser and participants.
9. We are not responsible to any liability, obligation pertaining to the “services provider” and “find services” in any circumstances as we only act as intermediate platform which only abridges the gap between service provider and user. User, Member or Visitor being “service provider” or “Find services” are obligate to provide the true and accurate information.

8. REPORTING VIOLATIONS AND CONTENT TAKEDOWN

1. You can report any violation of these terms by writing to (Name), Grievance Officer at (legal mail id ) and we will endeavour to address Your concern within 15 days.
2. You find any content on the our Website or Mobile App which falls under any of the prohibited categories, You can inform us of such violation of these Terms by Writing to Us(legal mail id ) with a) a screenshot or sharing the link of the infringing post; (b) Your reasons for objecting to such content.
3. Your reports of violation of these Terms will be received and acknowledged within 24 hours by Our Grievance Officer,
4. We will respond to Your reports of violations no later than 15 days by: a) Taking down such violating content; or b) Suspending/blocking of the violating user’s account; or c) Terminating of the violating users’ access to the App.
5. Our Team’s Assessment of any complaints relating to content shared on the App will be limited to whether such content violates Terms or our Own internal policies and Guidelines. Such a decision will be final and binding as regards content on the App. We do not undertake any legal analysis or judgement on the nature of reported content.

8.1. PREVENTING AND REPORTING ABUSE

You agree that SosrG may take whatever steps it deems necessary to stop or prevent behavior of any kind on the Services that violates this Agreement in its sole discretion, without notice. For example, SosrG has a zero-tolerance policy against child pornography, and will terminate and report to the appropriate authorities any User who publishes or distributes child pornography.

9. TERMINATION OR CANCELLATION BY SOSRG

SosrG may restrict, suspend or terminate the Membership or Profile of User, Visitor or Member -

1. who violates these Terms or otherwise abuses or misuses the Services without warning. Such restriction, suspension, or termination, shall be effective immediately making account as ‘Yellow’ which symbolises that Membership or Profile of any User is terminate/ suspended for specified time due to abuses or misuses the Services. Further if user continue to abuses or misuses the Services then we shall marked the account as ‘Red’ which symbolises that Membership or Profile of any User is terminate/ suspended for permanent basis. On the sole discretion of SosrG a ‘Yellow’ or ‘Red’ marked membership or profile of any user, visitor or member may be restore to ‘Green’ membership or profile after completing the termination or suspension period. In case if SosrG restricts, suspends or terminates your Membership or profile, no refund or credit of any Membership or other fees or exchange of the Services will be offered, except in our sole discretion.
2. If we required to do so by law (for example, where the access to and/ provision of the App to yoy Becomes, unlawful);

We may remove and or discard any content available as part of your account, including your profile with or without notice, for any reason. SosrG has no obligation to store, maintain or provide you with a copy of any content that you or other Users provide when using the Services. SosrG reserves the right to terminate access to certain areas or features of its web site and SosrG App at any time for any reason, with or without notice. SosrG also reserves the universal right to deny access to particular users to any/all of its Services without any prior notice/explanation in order to protect the interests of SosrG and/or other visitors to the web site and SosrG App. SosrG reserves the right to limit, deny or create different access to the web site and SosrG App and its features with respect to different user(s), or to change any of the features or introduce new features without prior notice.

10. Membership and Subscriber Account

If you want to purchase any of our paid Services then you need to purchase the membership of SosrG. SosrG have various membership facilities for all three profiles i.e. Creator Profile, Business Profile and Actor/Model Profile. Membership bifurcation provided by us is mention herein below –

1. Membership fee for creator Profile – For Creator Profile, SosrG offers three months (3 Months), semi-annual (6 month) and annual (12 month) subscriptions facility on all Premium Services at different amount and prices. Any user, who refers the SosrG’s website or Mobile App to any other person, will be subjected to 75% cashback on buying creator profile annual membership. Provided that no cashback will be available on 3 months and 6 months membership subscription in Creator Profile.
2. Membership fee for Business Profile - For Business Profile Membership SosrG offers three months (3 Months), semi-annual (6 month) and annual (12 month) subscriptions facility on all Premium Services at different amount and prices. Any user, who refers the SosrG’s website or Mobile App to any other person, will be subjected to 75% cashback on buying Business profile annual. Provided that no cashback will be available on 3 months and 6 months membership subscription in Business Profile.
3. Membership fee for Actor/ Model Profile- In Actor/ Model Profile, SosrG offers three months (3 Months), semi-annual (6 month) and annual (12 month) subscriptions facility on all Premium Services at different amount and prices. Any user, who refers the SosrG website or Mobile App to any other person, will be subjected to 75% cashback on Actor/ Model Profile annual membership. Provided that no cashback will be available on 3 months and 6 months membership subscription in Actor/ Model Profile.

Further you agree that SosrG may store your payment card information. SosrG will bill you the appropriate fee, applicable taxes and any other disclosed charges for the Services (“Fees”) using the billing information provided by you. You agree to pay SosrG all Fees at the prices then in effect for your use of the Services using your Billing Information, and you authorize SosrG to charge your Payment Provider (“Payment Method”) for the Fees associated with the Services selected. All subscriptions renew at user request. Any promotional discounts, offers and reward points accumulated can be revoked without prior notice in the event of suspicious account activity or malafide intent of the user. The terms of your Payment Method may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, debit/credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Method (the “Payment Provider”), which may include additional fees, including foreign transaction fees. If SosrG does not receive payment from your Payment Provider, you agree to pay all amounts due on your account upon demand. In the event we have to collect unpaid Fees owed, you will be liable for any collection costs and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees). SosrG may, in its sole discretion, suspend access to your account or deactivate your account without notice to you if SosrG is unable to process your payment or if payment is past due, regardless of the amount. SosrG may change the fees and charges then in effect by giving you notice in advance. It is your responsibility to check the current fees.

11. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SERVICES

The Services may include links to third party apps, websites or other services (“Third Party Sites”). SosrG may allow user(s) access to content, products or Services offered by third parties through hyperlinks (in the form of word link, banners, channels or otherwise) to such Third Party's web site. You are cautioned to read such sites' terms and conditions and/or privacy policies before using such sites in order to be aware of the terms and conditions of your use of such sites. SosrG believes that to user(s) acknowledge SosrG has no control over such third party's site, does not monitor such sites, and SosrG shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for such third-party site, or any content, products or Services made available on such site(s). SosrG may display advertisements and promotions on the service. The User should make whatever investigation they feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any offline or online transaction with any of these third parties.

12. RIGHTS RESERVED WITH US-

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute arises between you and SosrG, we shall endeavour to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Accordingly, you and SosrG hereby agree to resolve any claim or controversy at law and equity that arises out of the Terms and Conditions in accordance with this section. Before resorting to filing of a formal lawsuit, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution via e-mail. The dispute shall be resolved through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbtration, as alternatives to litigation. It is also agreed that in case of any dispute parties consent to invoke the laws of Arbitration and conciliation act, 1996(as amended upto date). It is further agreed and consented that the sitting place for any Arbitration proceeding as per act, shall be exclusively in Patna, Bihar, India.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SosrG, its subsidiaries, affiliates, subcontractors, officers, directors, employees, consultants, representatives and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees and costs) arising from: (a) your use of the Services, (b) your failure to comply with these Terms, including, without limitation, your submission or use of Content in violation of third party rights or applicable laws, rules or regulations including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right or (c) your Membership (d)Your use of and access to our platforms or Your violation of any third party right.

18. FORCE MAJEURE

Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall SosrG be held liable for any damage or loss due to deficiency in performance of the Service resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures etc.

19. GOVERNING LAWS

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed in all respects by the laws of India and any legal proceeding arising out of this Agreement will occur exclusively in the Patna, Bihar, India.
